I've been a real estate professional for over 30 years. My career began at Kraft-General Foods Company, where I served as a real estate manager overseeing West Coast operations. My responsibilities included property acquisition, contract negotiation, construction management, property management, and tenant improvements. For the next 15 years, I was General Manager and Realtor for RE/MAX. As a start-up company with one office and a handful of agents, I helped grow it to 500 agents and seven offices. I continued my sales career while helping hundreds of other agents with training and motivation. Our franchise was one of the most successful companies in the entire RE/MAX system. Today I've aligned myself with Rodeo Realty, our market's premier real estate company. With 12 offices and 1,200 agents, we are one of the most dominant companies in California. I've built my career by placing my clients' best interests ahead of my own. When I focus on doing the right thing for them, everything else takes care of itself.
